    Every great development was at one time, a dream, and as a planning consultancy firm, it’s our privilege to shape your dream into a viable development that responds to the environment and ever changing and complex planning regulations. We offer fixed fee solutions for small and medium scale residential and commercial projects and specialise in waterfront development.

    Planners are involved in the pre-construction, design stage of the development process.
    We work alongside architects, engineers and surveyors providing technical input to ensure development is integrated and consistent with legislative and policy planning frameworks.
    We offer a range of services including a DIY-DA package, suitable for small scale residential and commercial developments, preparation of development application documentation, DA project management and representation during council’s development assessment period.

    The planning process is an exciting journey that we look forward to sharing with you. We listen to your vision, develop a project strategy and execute it through our innovative approach.

    Connecting allows us to understand your dream. We offer an obligation free site meeting to establish our relationship with you and to discuss your objectives and the scope of your project.  During this period we offer you preliminary advice as to how we can achieve the best outcome for you and answer any questions you may have.

    Discover

    When we have established the scope of your project and have experienced your property first hand, we can analyse how the site opportunities and constraints will interact with the relevant planning regulations. Through this process of discovery, we use a number of tools to determine development potential and project feasibility. We use this research to develop a detailed project strategy.

    Design

    With the feasibility of your project established, we transition into the design stage. We work collaboratively with our experienced architects, engineers, urban planners and surveyors who provide valuable technical input, which informs the design. As your development takes shape we refer to our shared vision, objectives, opportunities and constraints of your property and the planning regulations.

    Refine 

    As your development takes shape, we look at ways to enhance the concept design. During this period we integrate all of your technical data into your Statement of Environmental Effects and supporting reports using written, pictorial and graphic mediums. We believe this approach makes it easier for the development assessor to understand your project and its foreseeable environmental impacts.

    Represent

    Once your project design is finalised and the documentation collated, we lodge your application to the consent authority and represent you during the assessment period. During this time we regularly correspond with your development assessment officer to ensure your interests are fully articulated and we resolve any final issues requested by the consent authority.

    The Big Dream

    We believe in giving back, so a portion of our revenue is set aside to support social and environmental community projects. We’re currently supporting the Carbon Neutral Plant-a-Tree Programme.
